I’m Alex β€” an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a clinical background in oncology and a special interest in digestive health, metabolic health, and women’s health.

After years working in hospital oncology, I created Feel Better Nutrition to offer the kind of support I wish more people had: space to slow down, feel heard, and explore evidence-based nutrition advice that feels achievable (not overwhelming!).

Having lived with an eating disorder in my earlier years, I know the diet struggle all too well. Through both lived experience and working with thousands of people over the years, I know how hard it is to let go of the diet mentality. But also, how much better life is when food isn’t a constant source of stress and anxiety.

I combine clinical expertise with counseling skills to help you feel more confident with food, more connected to your body, and more like yourself again.
