Meet Your Dietitian

Hi, I’m Alex — a clinical oncology dietitian, founder of Feel Better Nutrition, and daughter of someone living with metastatic cancer.

I’ve made it my mission to help people with cancer find peace with food. The resources in this library were created to support those who may not have regular access to a dietitian, or who just need some extra guidance along the way.

This guide is based on years of working with people after breast cancer treatment — helping them move forward with more clarity, more energy, and less food-related stress. Whether you’re struggling with fatigue, appetite changes, fear of recurrence, or years of dieting and food rules, this is a place to start rebuilding.

How do I get the guide?

You’ll be able to download your guide straight after checkout, and you’ll also receive it instantly by email as a beautifully designed PDF — ready to save, print, or keep on your device for easy access.
